Original Civil War C. (Condit) Prudden M1859 McClellan Saddle with a beautiful overall untouched attic patina. I recently acquired this at the Gettysburg Civil War Show. C. Prudden was a saddle tree maker during the Civil War and was located next door to R. (Reuben) Nece a master saddle maker in Philadelphia, PA. Still has a good bit of it's rawhide seat cover. Has places where the wood shows through with the original white paint visible. Has the 11 inch size saddle shield and all of it's mounting hardware. Also comes with the original Girth Cinch strap which really adds to the display. A great chance to get a civil war saddle at an affordable price. Please see all photos. The stand and shipping are included.
