Original Civil War M1833 Dragoon Saber with Confederate Cavalry Blade in Museum Quality Condition. I got this sword on consignment from Brian Akins of Rebel Relics. He purchased at the Gettysburg show in April and was from the Kevin Hoffman Collection. Brian has purchased and sold other examples like this that were done period. Has a really nice aged brass handle. One crack on the bottom of the guard as shown in pics. Has the inspector initials WS stamped on the quillion. The original wrap and wire are intact and in great shape with normal wear from service. Has a full length single fuller Confederate Cavalry blade with a nice point. Very minimal nicks more felt than seen. A wonderful example saber that will stand strong in your Confederate Cavalry Display. Please see all photos. Free Shipping!
