The mechanics of the gun are functional with decent action. The Cylinder has the British Proofs but the serial number has worn away.  The barrel has rifling in the bore and the front brass bead sight is intact. The loading lever moves freely and secures tight. Complete with the original lanyard ring. There have been some repairs professionally done. An affordable example of a Confederate Handgun that will add to any Civil War Museum or Collection.
