Early Confederate Purchased Original Kerr Revolver with JS Anchor Confederate Import Stamp in Museum Quality Condition. Has a beautiful overall dark patina that displays well. The wood grips are in great condition with nice checkering and has the JS Anchor Proof on the underside. Has the London Armoury Company on the left side of the frame and Kerr's Patent with early serial number 1987 on the right. Also has London Armoury on the right side strap. The mechanics on the gun work great and is fully functional. Cylinder rotates properly and has the 1987 serial number as well as British Proofs. The front brass sight is intact. The loading lever moves freely and secures tight. Has very nice rifling in the barrel. Lanyard Ring is MIA. A great example of a Confederate Handgun that will add to any Civil War Collection.
