Original Civil War Colt M1851 .36 Cal. Navy Revolver SN# 130822 which is a very desirable early war 1862 production. Stamped with the New York Barrel address and Colt Patent on the left side of the frame. Has all matching serial numbers except for the original Colt wedge. The cylinder number is worn away but has matching patina and no evidence of not being the original. The mechanics are fully functional with good action. The loading lever moves freely and secures tight. Frame has a few replacement screws. The walnut grips are in great shape with normal wear from service. Has a really pretty set of initials (A.B.C.) in the bottom of the handle frame. A very solid example for the money that will make a great addition to any Civil War Collection. Please see all photos.
