Original Pre Civil War Colt M1849 .31 cal Pocket Revolver with 4" Barrel in Museum Quality Condition. Has all matching numbers of 132743 including the wedge. Has the New York Barrel Address and Colt Patent Stamp on the left side of the frame. The mechanics are fully functional with good working action. The walnut grips are in great shape and fit the gun perfect. Lots of original silver finish and bluing remaining. The cylinder has most of its original stage coach hold up scene with great patent stamp and serial number. The loading lever moves freely and secures tight. The tip of the lever does have a break on the top as shown in pics. Doesn't affect it from securing tight. Has the original brass bead front sight and good amount of rifling in the barrel. A really nice overall example that will make a great addition to any collection. Please see all photos.
