Original Civil War Savage .36 cal Navy Revolver in great displaying condition. Designed in 1860 by Henry S. North and Edward Savage. A total number of only 20,000 were produced in 1861 & 1862/ This example has a really nice dark patina. The mechanics are fully functional with nice tight crisp action. The walnut grips are in good shape with normal wear from service. Has a really nice government inspection cartouche on the left grip. A few bumps on the bottom of the grip with two small sections MIA on the left grip. The barrel is full length and has the original bead long range sight. Really nice Savage Barrel Address.
