Original Civil War Remington New Model .44cal Army Revolver with nice untouched aged patina. Has the Remington Barrel Address with 1858 Patent Date. Nice rifling remains in the barrel and has the original front cone sight. The mechanics are fully functional with really nice tight action. Has the serial number of 38189. The loading lever moves freely and secures tight. The Walnut grips are in good shape with normal wear from service. They have been refinished and have chips at toe and heel.
