Original Civil War Federal M1858 Forage Cap in attic condition. Has a beautiful overall displaying patina and 100% complete. Has the original chin strap with Eagle Buttons, liner, headband and tag. There is some slight mothing and small separation of the headband as shown in pics. Great addition to any Civil War Museum or Collection. Appears to have considerable wear from service but remains in great condition.
