Original Civil War Colt M1862 .36 cal Police Revolver with all matching early 3 digit serial numbers including the wedge. Early 1861 manufacture date! The walnut grips are in great shape and fit the gun perfect. Has the Hartford Colt Barrel Address as well as the Colt Patent Stamp on the left side of the frame. The mechanics are functional with working action. Has the original bead front sight and nice rifling remains in the barrel. Was cleaned at some point but starting to age back nicely.
