Original Civil War Colt M1851 .36 cal Navy Revolver with attic fresh dark displaying patina. Has all matching serial numbers of #149930 (except for unmarked original wedge) which is an 1863 production. Has the New York Barrel Address and Colt Patent stamp on the left side of the frame. The mechanics are fully functional with working action. The walnut grips are in good shape but show heavy wear from service. Has initials carved in the left grip and on the bottom of the backstrap. Has original front bead sight and rifling in the barrel. The end of the loading lever catch is broke but with still latch and hold the lever secure.
