Original Civil War Kenansville Type III Confederate Cavalry Sword in really nice displaying condition. A product of Louis Froelich at the Confederate States Armory. Has an old wrap and wire in great shape. The brass handle and pommel have a beautiful aged untouched patina. Has classic CS casting flaws and files marks. The blade is full length with an unstopped fuller. Does have a broken tip from service. A great example that will stand strong in any Confederate Sword Collection.
